(Freelance)
DUTIES
- Check and validate audience tickets, directing spectators to the most suitable entrance; guide and accompany them to their seats;
- Attend to any needs spectators may have, particularly those of audience members with specific needs;
- Ensure internal rules are followed, overseeing the smooth running of Teatro Micaelense's activities;
- Guide the evacuation of the audience in emergency situations;
- Handle and respond to spectator complaints, helping to resolve the issues raised;
- At other events, such as conferences or seminars, support the secretariat with registration, refilling water on stage and other tasks.
PROFILE / REQUIREMENTS
- Aged 18 or over;
- Completed compulsory education;
- Strong sense of responsibility;
- Fluent English;
- Availability to work varied hours (including daytime and weekends).
