Azorean International Film Festival
From 13 December until 25 January 2026
The Azorean International Film Festival returns for its second edition, this time divided into two sections — the Azorean Film Festival and the International Competition — to take place in December 2025 and January 2026, respectively. The Teatro Micaelense will once again light up with local cinema from December 19 to 21, and later with films from around the world from January 23 to 25, 2026. In addition to the film screenings, as in its first edition, the AZOREANIFF program also includes workshops and masterclasses with renowned names in Portuguese and international cinema, networking dinners, and after-parties.
